HSBC Holdings plc is one of the world's major financial conglomerates. In 2015 Forbes Global 2000 ranking of the world's largest public companies it took the 14th place, while in the list of the most expensive brands it upholds the 37th place. The Company is headquartering in London. HSBC has about 4000 offices in 80 countries and provides 40 million clients with their services. The Bank carries out all sorts of banking activities, including asset management, payment transactions, project lending, banknote issue, etc. HSBC stands for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. The bank has a much-storied history. Under its current name, it has been 1865 in Hong Kong for purposes of China and Europe trade financing. It has become the first bank in this British colony, as beforehand representatives of foreign banks operated in Hong Kong only.

As of the end of 2017, 505 billion were on the accounts of European clients (of which 402 billion in the UK). The total income of the holding as of 2017 hit $ 63.776 billion.
